ARRIVAL

Keybox information and keycode will be sent via email or SMS on the morning of your arrival.

Check-in is 3pm or after.

There is a private car park right next to the building with one space available for each apartment. 

Details will be sent via a separate email or SMS.​

DEPARTURE

The cleaners will arrive at 10am.

Please do not leave any washing up and empty the dishwasher.

Remove all rubbish, the bins are located at the rear of the building in the car park.

Please make sure all windows are closed.

Turn the thermostat down to zero.

Make sure you have all your belongings.

Please return the key to keybox. If keys are lost or unreturned there will be a fee of £15.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

A deposit of £50 is payable at the time of the booking.

The remaining balance will be due 21 days before arrival. An email reminder will be sent 4 weeks before the balance due date. If the balance is not received by the due date then the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Bookings made less than 14 days before the arrival date must be paid in full.

We accept payment by bank transfer.

All payments will be confirmed by email stating whether it is a deposit payment or a full payment. Please check all payments and booking confirmations, any queries need to be raised within 24 hours.

CARE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The property and it’s contents including all furniture, fixings, fittings, equipment, must be kept in the same condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The apartment should be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found. We ask after 11pm noise is kept to a minimal and any music is turned down, your holiday let is located in a residential location and even though you are on holiday and we don’t want to spoil the fun, we ask you to respect the neighbours. Children under 18 must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Linen and towels - All linen and towels should not be washed or abused by the guest.

If the linen or the towels are abused in such a way that the item cannot be used again there will be a £10 charge per towel. Additional cleaning – If additional cleaning is required it will be charged at a rate of £15 plus VAT an hour.​

Free Wi-Fi.

Bed Linen and towels.

Check out clean. We recommend you bring beach towels, please do not take our towels to the beach.

Travel cots are not provided.

​NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE PROPERTY

Only the number of people stated in the property description may use the property unless otherwise agreed. Infants using a cot are not included in the maximum people. If the number excludes the limit we have the right to ask you to leave with your party and no refunds will be given.​

ACCESS

We have the right to access the property during your stay to carry out any emergency or essential maintenance work.​​

PETS

Sorry no pets allowed.​​

SMOKING

Sorry no smoking is permitted in the building.

SECURITY AND VALUABLES

Any valuables left at the property are left at your own risk, we do not take responsibility for any losses. You are responsible for locking and shutting all doors and windows every time you vacate the property. The property must be locked at night and when unattended. You are responsible for leaving the property secure on your departure, please remember to close on all windows on departure. The building has CCTV cameras on the entrance hall, doorways and carpark areas. ​Ramsgate Holiday Homes reserves the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.
